Tony Payling is the founder of Calibre Business Integration. Tony began his career in the United Kingdom before moving Australia in 1998. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Project Management Institute.

 

In all Tony’s career has gifted him over 20 years corporate business experience, both in Australia and the UK, in which time he has driven results through his consultative approach, enthusiastic style, and focus on client service and performance.

SARAH KIM, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Sarah Kim is an experienced professional in Post-Merger Integration, an area of expertise in which she holds a PhD. Sarah began her career in Sydney as a management consultant before moving to Melbourne in 2010.
 
Sarah brings over nine years of research, teaching and consulting experience across broad spectrum of strategy and operations including Post Merger Integration, Post-Deal Benefits Review, Operational Strategy Review, and Organisation Change Management.
